HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Our Normal Courier/Delivery duration is 3 to 5 Working Days within Malaysia and 7 to 10 Working Days for Overseas. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is ships and you can track your order. See our Shipping & Deliveries page for more information.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You can only ship to one address each time you check out. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you’ll need to place each order separately.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified.
WHAT CARDS DO YOU TAKE AS PAYMENT?
Our system is able to process Visa or MasterCard.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Please refer to our Shipping & Deliveries policy for details and instruction.
WHAT IF THE GOODS I RECEIVE IS DEFECTIVE OR IN THE WRONG SIZE?
If the items received are defective or in the wrong size, you have up to 7 working days to return your goods. Should the items which you wish to exchange for the size or color is not available, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card. The refund policy temporarily only applicable to all the transactions through Credit Cards payments only.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow 10 to 14 working days (including transit time) for the processing of your return or refund.
